<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress a toner leak resulting from an increase in internal pressure while reducing the cost of parts and running cost. <P>SOLUTION: The developing device is attached to a printer 10 and performs a developing process on the circumferential face of a photoreceptor drum 121 by supplying toner toward the circumferential face. The developing device has, in a prescribed casing 21, first and second developing rollers 41 and 42, which supply filled toner toward the photoreceptor drum 121, and first and second spiral feeders 31 and 32, which convey toner toward the first and the second developing rollers 41 and 42 while stirring the toner. In addition, a top plate 232 for the casing 21 is provided with ducts 50 communicating with the outside in order to let pressure in the casing 21 out.
