PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting diode display which emits light by top emission method. SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting diode display is provided with a TFT which is formed on a substrate and consists of a switch TFT and a drive TFT, an overcoat layer which is formed on the TFT, a drain contact hole which penetrates the overcoat layer and exposes a part of the drain electrode of the drive TFT, a first electrode which contacts the exposed drain electrode of the drive TFT, a bank pattern which is patterned on the substrate on which the first electrode is formed and divides an aperture region of a unit pixel, an organic compound layer which is formed on the substrate on which the bank pattern is formed, and a second electrode formed on the organic compound layer.
