<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring reduction in electric energy and reduction in CO<SB>2</SB>emission derived from air conditioner cleaning by measuring and comparing thermal efficiency before and after the cleaning, whereas there is no device for measuring improvement in thermal efficiency after cleaning of an air conditioner as it is set at home. <P>SOLUTION: In the measuring device, an ingenuity is added to a cleaning cover that is one component of a cleaning system disclosed by the inventors. The temperature change and start-up characteristic in the cleaning cover after power-on are measured twice before and after cleaning and compared, whereby the degree of improvement of thermal efficiency is numerically displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
