<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonant inverter device which reduces noise and a surge voltage. <P>SOLUTION: The resonant inverter device includes: a series circuit which is connected between a positive pole and a negative pole of a DC power supply VDC, and constituted of capacitors C5, C6; a series circuit constituted of a switch Q1 and a switch Q2; a capacitor C1 which is parallel with the Q1; a capacitor C2 which is parallel with the Q2; a switch Q3 whose source is connected to a connecting point of the C5 and the C6; a reactor L1 connected between the Q1 and the Q2; a switch Q4 whose drain is connected to a drain of the Q3; a capacitor C3 which is parallel with the Q3; a capacitor C4 which is parallel with the Q4; a diode D1 whose anode is connected to the drain of the Q3; a capacitor C7 connected to a cathode of the D1 at its one end, and connected to the connecting point of the C5 and the C6 at the other end; a resistor R1 connected to one end of the C7 and the cathode of the D1 at its one end, and connected to a positive pole of the VDC at the other end; a diode D2 whose cathode is connected to a source of the Q4; a capacitor C8 connected to an anode of the D2 at its one end, and connected to the connecting point of the C5 and the C6 at the other end; and a resistor R2 connected to one end of the C8 and the anode of the D2 at its one end, and connected to the negative pole of the VDC at the other end. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
