PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus including a shield member capable of shielding electromagnetic wave noise between electronic circuits on the same mounting surface while saving a mounting area. SOLUTION: A mobile phone 1 includes: a main substrate 29 having a first mounting surface 29a; a transmitting IC 31E and a power amplifier 31G which are arranged separately from each other on the first mounting surface 29a; and a shield case 28 for shielding the transmitting IC 31E and the power amplifier 31G. The shield case 28 includes an opposed surface part 28a opposed to the first mounting surface 29a and a partition 28b protruded from the opposed surface part 28a to the first mounting surface 29a side and stores the transmitting IC31E and the power amplifier 31G in the same third divided space 37C formed by the first mounting surface 29a, the opposed surface part 28a and the partition 28b.
