PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation equipment capable of evacuating an evacuee safely and making the whole of equipment compact. SOLUTION: This equipment is composed of a lifting and lowering plate 3 for lowering to an evacuating point 2 positioned at a lower side from an evacuation part 1 of a house by using a weight of an evacuee A, a slowly descending device 7 for restricting the lowering speed of the lifting and lowering plate 3 by connecting to the lifting and lowering plate 3 with a veering end of a wire 6 which is rolled around a drum 5 with the rotation speed controlled by a speed reducing device 4 in order to control the veering speed, a guide support post 8 erected between the evacuation part 1 and the evacuating point 2 for guiding the lifting and lowering plate 3 and controlling a horizontal oscillation of the lifting and lowering plate 3 during lowering, and a stopper 9 for control of lowering of the lifting and lowering plate 3 from the evacuation part 1 under the operating condition.
