PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder compressing molding device which can perform suitable compression molding in accordance with the kinds or the like of powder and can stably and efficiently provide a molded body of high quality. SOLUTION: The compression molding device comprises: a mortar body 11 having a through port 10 elongating to a vertical direction; and a vessel supporting body 12 inserted from the lower side in the vertical direction into the through port 10, also arranged inside the through port 10 vertically movably and supporting the vessel 3 from the lower part in a state of being contacted with a part of the lower face of the vessel 3, and the storage space S of the vessel 3 can be defined by the through port 10 and the vessel supporting body 12. The compression molding device further comprises: a lower pestle 20a and an upper pestle 20b applying ultrasonic vibration to powder in the vessel 3. In the vessel supporting body 12, the moving path 15 of the lower pestle 20 is formed over the whole length in the vertical direction of the vessel supporting body 12, and the lower pestle 20a moves through the moving path 15, and can be contacted with the part other than the above part of the lower face in the vessel 3.
