Another flange collar with flange collar parts (3-6) is formed at another free end, where the collar parts are designed to be folded into and out of the shaft. Insulatively attached connecting bolts (8) are integrated at different points of the collar parts and are connected to counter nuts, which are connected to an insulative covering unit. The shaft is made of a plastic material, where thickness of the shaft corresponds to a sum of wall thickness and thickness of associated protective insulations of metal housings.
