A method, apparatus, computer program and user interface wherein the methodcomprises:presenting an image on a display; editing the image in response to detection of user input to create an edited image;automatically creating a data file, defining the edited image, in an accessible location such that the data file can be subsequently referenced and retrieved;detecting user selection of a function to be performed in relation to the edited image;andin response to the detection of the user selection of the function, automatically referencing and retrieving the data file of the edited image from the accessible location for use in relation to the selected function.
