<p>The present invention relates to a trocar for laparoscopic surgery, used to make a puncture in the abdomen of a patient to perform laparoscopic surgery through the use of surgical instruments. The trocar for laparoscopic surgery according to the present invention includes a head unit (10) with an upper case (11) having an upper portion with an installation hole (11a) and a stopper groove (11b) formed on the inner circumference of the installation hole (11a), and a lower cover (12) fitted to the bottom of the upper case, and which has a top surface along which stopper pieces (12a) are formed; a base unit (20) having a lower case (24) having a bottom with a trocar sleeve fixing protrusion (21) and a lower circumference with an injection port fixing protrusion (22) and a fixing groove (23), and a coupling member (25) mounted onto the lower case and having a top surface along which coupling holes (25a) are formed; a trocar sleeve (17) fitted to the trocar sleeve fixing protrusion (21) of the lower case (24); a lip valve (60) arranged in the head unit (10) and having an upper portion formed into a circular shape and a tapered lower portion; an insertion unit (30) mounted onto the lip valve (60); a button unit (40) having an elastic bush (43) to be fitted to both sides of the lower case (24) of the base unit (20), a button (41) elastically mounted on the elastic bush (43), and a press shaft (44) built into the button (41) to selectively open the lower portion of the lip valve (60); and a trocar needle (50) introduced into the trocar sleeve (17) through the lip valve (60) or the insertion unit (30) to make a puncture in the abdomen of a patient.</p> |
