PURPOSE: An electric heater for a vehicle with a heat storage material is provided to gradually reduce temperature even if power supplied to a Positive Temperature Coefficient element is blocked. CONSTITUTION: An electric heater for a vehicle with a heat storage material comprises heat rod assemblies(110), cathode terminals(121), heat-radiating fin assemblies(130), a first support frame(141), a second support frame(151), a top cap(160), and a bottom cap(170). The heat rod assemblies have PTC elements and anode terminals. The cathode terminals are separated from the heat rod assemblies. The heat-radiating fin assemblies are installed between the heat rod assemblies and the cathode terminals. The first and second support frames fix the heat-radiating fin assemblies and the heat rod assemblies. The top cap and the bottom cap fix both ends of the heat rod assemblies, cathode terminals, heat-radiating fin assemblies, first and second support frames. The heat rod assemblies are filled with first heat storage materials.
