PURPOSE: An air duct structure for a midship engine vehicle is provided to improve cooling performance by installing an air duct in a roof panel of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An air duct structure for a midship engine vehicle comprises an engine, a cooling unit(102), and air ducts(130). The engine is arranged between front wheels and rear wheels. The cooling unit is composed of a radiator and a cooling fan, and cools the engine. The air ducts are formed in a roof panel(110), and connected to an engine room(101), in which the engine is located, via a rear pillar. The bottom end of the air duct is located on the top of the engine room.
