<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system enabling an assessment manager to select an assessor promptly and accurately in multi-aspect personnel assessment, and enabling assesses to receive hints to continuously enlighten themselves after receiving diagnosis results. <P>SOLUTION: In a personnel evaluation support system having an assessor terminal owned by the assessor performing personnel assessment, an assessee terminal owned by an assessee, and an assessment manager terminal owned by the assessment manager of an organization, each connected to a management server via a communication network, the assessment manager terminal includes a means for displaying on a screen a list of members belonging to the organization, a means for visually displaying further on the screen, centering the assessee, each field of a boss above the assessee, a colleague at the side of the assessee and a subordinate below the assessee, and a means for inputting an assessee selected from the members displayed on the list to an assessee field, with a drag-and-drop operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
