<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for transplanting a fastener into an area in vivo as an object. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a fixing system to transplant a fastener 14 into a hollow body organ. The system comprises a fastener attaching assembly including an actuated member sized and configured to be disposed in the hollow body organ and selectively workable to generate transplanting force for transplanting the fastener into the tissue in the hollow body organ, and a means linked to the fastener attaching assembly to apply resolving force for resolving at least a part of the transplanting force in the hollow body organ. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
