<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economically beneficial information transmission display system for contributing to the safety of a community by displaying advertisement information especially outdoors, and quickly and accurately transmitting disaster information when disaster once occurs. <P>SOLUTION: This information transmission display system is provided with: a server computer having an advertisement information reception part and a disaster information reception part and an information display device connected to the server computer. The server computer receives advertisement information by the advertisement information reception part, and transmits it to the information display device, and receives disaster information by the disaster information reception part.
