摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system where stable starting is performed even in a hot start. <P>SOLUTION: A reforming apparatus 20 includes: a reforming portion 21 to generate a reformed gas containing hydrogen from a reforming fuel and reforming water ; an evaporating portion 26 to supply steam produced by evaporating the reforming water to the reforming portion 21; a temperature sensor 26a to detect the temperature in the evaporating portion 26; a burning portion 25 to heat the reforming portion 21; and a control unit 1 to control the reforming portion 21, the evaporating portion 26 and the burning portion 25. A gas discharged from the reforming portion 21 is introduced into the burning portion 25 at least at the starting operation of the reforming apparatus 20. An ignition motion at the burning portion 25 is started by the control unit 1 after a first motion that a specified flow amount W of the reforming water is supplied to the evaporating portion 26 until the temperature &theta; at the evaporating portion 26 reaches a second threshold &theta;2, which is equal to a first threshold &theta;1 or lower, or lower when the temperature &theta; at the evaporating portion 26 by the temperature sensor 26a is higher than the first threshold &theta;1 at the indication of the beginning of the starting operation is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
