<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic method of a raw material of a refractory repairing material of iron making/steel making equipment excellent in sintering characteristic and corrosion resistance, and an indetermined-form repairing material containing the synthesized raw material for protecting iron making/steel making equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The raw material is synthesized by pulverizing a raw material containing a magnesia (MgO) source and a silica (SiO<SB>2</SB>) source, blending to make the magnesia (MgO) content in the raw material of the repairing material will be 50-80 wt.%, kneading, and high temperature calcining or melting, and this repairing material for protecting iron making/steel making equipment uses the synthesized raw material and is excellent in adhesive strength to the object, corrosion resistance, and sintering property. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
