<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk, an optical disk device and a computer program for accurately reading data from a reproducing layer disposed on a light beam incident side of a recording layer. <P>SOLUTION: The reproducing layer L0 of the optical disk is composed of: a recording area L0a having an outside diameter R2 shorter than each outside diameter R3 of a first recording layer L1 and a second recording layer L2; and a non-recording area L0b disposed along an outer peripheral part of the recording area L0a. An optical beam is condensed on the non-recording area L0b and signal intensity of a focus error signal obtained by detecting the reflection beam is stored as signal intensity of a signal caused by unnecessary light. The focus error signal is corrected based on the stored signal intensity, focus control is performed so that the light beam is focused on the reproducing layer L0 by the corrected focus error signal and data recorded in the reproducing layer L0 are read. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
