<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device for favorably correcting a red eye in an image with the red eye, and to provide a photographing device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The optical device (301) includes: an attachment part (311) to be attached to the photographing device (201) for photographing a subject; a transmitting and receiving part (310) for transmitting and receiving a signal with the photographing device; the first image acquisition parts (302, 303, 304, 305, 306) arranged in the attachment part, so as to acquire the first image including the red eye part of the subject, based on the signal received via the transmitting and receiving part; and a control part (307) for controlling the first image acquisition parts, so as to transmit the first image to the photographing device via the transmitting and receiving part.
