PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery support navigation system for achieving standardization and load reduction of delivery job, and for achieving creation of an efficient collection plan and accurate regular delivery, and for achieving the improvement of efficiency and the reduction of costs.

SOLUTION: The delivery destination address of a package to be delivered is read in a short period of time by an exclusive scanner, and OCR processing is executed, and the navigation of the data is accurately performed to a destination by an address matching program (latitude/longitude conversion program of a delivery destination address) in a management server, thereby eliminating concern about getting lost and improving the efficiency of labor.
