<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a preparation operation, after turning ON a power source, in order to execute carrier sensing for avoiding collision by reducing expansion in chip occupied area in a semiconductor integrated circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The wireless receiver 100 receives an RF signal for frequency-hopping a plurality of frequency bands. A plurality of correction data items for correcting DC offsets outputted from receiving mixers 4, 5 while sequentially generating reception local signals of a plurality of frequency bands from a reception local signal source 14 are sequentially produced by DC offset calibration and correction units 15-18 and stored in a control register 19. Carrier sensing for collision avoidance is executed before the storage. Initial correction data for correcting initial DC offsets from the receiving mixers 4, 5 after powering-on are produced before the execution and stored in the register 19. The initial correction data are read from the register 19 by the DC offset calibration and correction units 15-18 thereafter and the initial DC offsets from the receiving mixers 4, 5 are corrected before carrier sensing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
