PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement progression measurement of the state of individual of small animal simply and easily, because it relates with skin gas sampling to small animal, skin gas research of small animal has not been found until now, and it is completely unknown field, while small animal is experiment means important for development of drugs and medicines and research and exploration of disease conditions. SOLUTION: In order to fix exposed skin part/parts of an animal individual, the animal individual is inserted in a cylindrical fixation apparatus 1 and, for example, a tail is exposed outside of the apparatus to extract skin gas from the tail of animal individual into a bag with resin sheet. Thereby, sampling of skin gas becomes possible from experimental animals to understand a relationship between skin gas of small animal and clinical condition. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
