<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen fixture with a ventilating device, capable of forming a comprehensively hood corresponding to various oven-counters to securely collect exhaust air and providing a sense of unity in design by using only hoods with a small number of kinds in widthwise sizes. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The kitchen fixture includes the oven-counter 1 and the ventilating device 4 which is disposed above the counter 1 and includes the hood 2 and a blower 3. An oven top-board plate 5 having a width M wider than a width P of the hood 2 is disposed on the top of the counter 1. A plurality of heating parts 6 are disposed widthwise in the plate 5 in parallel. A hood extension part 7 is disposed in a side of the hood 2. The hood 2 covers all over the width N where the heating parts 6 are disposed in parallel. The hood 2 and the extension part 7 cover all over the width M of the plate 5.
