<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement structure of an air conditioning device for a vehicle in which an internal heat exchanger can be disposed utilizing a dead space in a lower front part of a heat-radiating heat exchanger, and in which cooling performance of the internal heat exchanger is improved while securing sufficient space in an engine compartment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A dash panel 13 is provided for dividing a cabin and an engine compartment 11 in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle, a heat-radiating heat exchanger 2 is disposed in a front of a powertrain 40 disposed in the engine compartment 11, an evaporation heat exchanger 4 is disposed near the dash panel 13, an internal heat exchanger 5 is provided between the heat-radiating heat exchanger 2 in a coolant circulation path and the evaporation heat exchanger 4, and the internal heat exchanger 5 is disposed in a lower front part of the heat-radiating heat exchanger 2.
