The present invention refers to a system for evaluating, logging and generating reports of the operation variables during the operation of automotive vehicles, providing a non-invasive system which does not require to be connected to the computer of a vehicle, the invention may be used in all types of automotive vehicles, thus providing users with the information of how their vehicles are being driven, as well as the localization thereof, the inventive system mainly comprising: a microcontroller, a GPS receptor, a GPS antenna, a hall-effect sensor, an electronic arrangement for adapting the hall-effect sensor 14 to vehicles having spark plug and coil, as well as diesel engines, a sub-microcontroller for sensing the signal of the electronic arrangement, an accelerator of at least two axis, a sub-microcontroller for processing the accelerometer data, a display, an inner memory, an outer memory, a waterproof box with warranty seals, a fuseholder, a speaker, a real-time clock, a microcont roller backup battery and a GPS receptor memory.
