<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve a light-emitting property by interposing a light-emitting protective layer between a partition and a carrier transport layer. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device includes a first electrode(8a), a carrier transport layer(8c), a second electrode(8e), a partition wall, and a light-emitting protective layer(8f). The carrier transport layer is formed on the first electrode. The carrier transport layer includes at least one layer. The second electrode is formed on the carrier transport layer. The opening of the partition wall is connected to the first electrode. The light-emitting protective layer is interposed between the partition wall and the carrier transport layer.</p> |
