METHOD OF COLLECTION OF QUALITY STATISTICS AND CORRESPONDING METHOD OF MANAGEMENT OF COLLECTION OF QUALITY STATISTICS

PURPOSE: A method of collecting quality statistics and a corresponding management method of collecting quality statistics are provided to collect quality statistics without affecting service rendering quality of a device. CONSTITUTION: It is determined whether a signal including information showing a quality statistics collect mode is received(1001). If a requested mode is the second mode, connection to a test stream is automatically realized whenever a resource is usable(1002). At the first mode, it is determined whether a signal including a request for connection to the test stream is received(1003). If the signal is received, connection to the test stream is performed(1004). It is determined whether a signal which makes it possible to collect quality is received(1005).
