<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and reliably detect disconnection and prevent an accident due to a reverse power flow without fail through a simple configuration using no metering current transformer without need for a complicated detecting structure that incurs increase in the number of connecting points. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply apparatus 100 includes: a bypass switch 150 that connects an input plug 120 and an output outlet 126 when some other power supply apparatus is connected upstream of the power supply apparatus; an input voltmeter 152 that measures the voltage value applied to the input plug; and a bypass disconnecting unit 156 that disconnects the bypass switch upon detecting the deviation of the voltage value measured with the input voltmeter from a proper voltage transition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
