<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing oxygen enriched air which can efficiently and stably manufacture oxygen enriched air for a long period of time without suffering from the effect of moisture in the air in manufacturing the oxygen enriched air from the air by using an adsorbent for adsorbing nitrogen such as zeolite. <P>SOLUTION: In the apparatus 1 for manufacturing the oxygen enriched air including adsorbing and dehumidifying devices 3, 4, 5 in which an adsorbent 38 for absorbing moisture is arranged and a rotary nitrogen adsorbing device 2 in which an adsorbent 37 for absorbing nitrogen is arranged, the air dehydrated in the adsorbing and dehumidifying devices is fed to the rotary nitrogen adsorbing device and is enriched in oxygen in the rotary nitrogen adsorbing device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
