摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing self-association type magnetic lipid nanoparticles which comprise a liposoluble drug and magnetic nanocrystals coated with a liposoluble surfactant and are applicable to a drug delivery system etc. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The self-association type magnetic lipid nanoparticles are obtained by: preparing a liposoluble magnetic fluid by dispersing the magnetic nanocrystals coated with the liposoluble surfactant in a liposoluble organic solvent; dissolving an amphiphilic drug, a liposoluble drug, etc., in the magnetic fluid and further adding an aqueous solution etc., thereto; obtaining a water-in-oil type inverted micelle through a mechanical dispersion method; and subjecting the inverted micelle to rapid and strong depressurization, thereby removing the liposoluble organic solvent and facilitating hydrophobic interaction between a hydrophobic group in the liposoluble surfactant covering the magnetic nanocrystals and a hydrophobic group in the amphiphilic drug or between a hydrophobic group in the liposoluble surfactant and a hydrophobic group in the liposoluble drug.
