<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal capable of making a predetermined function into a lock state where use is restricted even at a state that communication is impossible. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1 includes: a plurality of functions; a radio communication part 200 which communicates with an external device via a predetermined communication network N; a communication determination part 105 which determines whether or not the cellular phone 1 is at a state that communication is possible with the external device via the predetermined communication network N; and a function lock part 111 which makes the predetermined function among the plurality of functions into a function lock state where the use is restricted when it is determined that the cellular phone 1 is at the state that the communication is impossible by the communication determination part 105.
