<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing an installation space and improving operability in a variable storing mechanism using a deck board or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A deck board device is capable of changing a divided state of a cargo chamber of a vehicle. The deck board device includes a moving mechanism having the deck board capable of vertically dividing at least a part of the cargo chamber, a non-circular support part having a non-circular sliding outer peripheral surface, a holding part relatively rotatably holding by sliding with the sliding outer peripheral surface and a connecting part for rotatably connecting the holding part and the deck board. The holding part has a pair of holding members for slidably holding at least a part of the sliding outer peripheral surface and an energizing member energizing the holding members in a direction held by the sliding outer peripheral surface. The sliding outer peripheral surface is constituted to have a plurality of stable points which are positions of the connecting part in which energizing force of the energizing member takes a minimum value and are mutually and vertically different.
