<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device which can reduce frequency of maintenance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The filter device 400 for removing foreign matter contained in exhaust gas discharged from a predetermined zone 111 includes an endless filter 430, rotation support portions 440 for supporting the filter 430 so as to enable feeding it in a predetermined direction, a first cleaning portion 450 disposed at a part where the filter 430 passes through, and a first drying portion 470 disposed downstream of the first cleaning portion 450 and drying the filter 430.
