Provided is an image processing device enabling reduction of a misjudgment of the convergence of super-resolution processing and improvement of the accuracy of the super-resolution processing. The image processing device includes a distance measuring section (2) for measuring the distance to the object to be imaged, a deteriorated image restoring section (134) for restoring the image of the object by iterative computation, and an end judging means for making an end judgment of the image restoration. The end judgment of the image restoration is made of only a specific distance layer using the distance information measured by the distance measuring section (2) or of each of the distance layers using the distance information. |
