摘要 <p>Disclosed are iPS cells derived from somatic cells, such as NKT cells, in which the a-chain region of the T-cell antigen receptor gene has been rearranged to a uniform Va-Ja arrangement in the mode specific to NKT-cell receptors, NKT cells that have been differentiated from said iPS cells, and methods for producing the same, as well as immuno-cell therapeutic agents using cells differentiated from said iPS cells. Disclosed are iPS cells (NKT-iPS cells), such as NKT cells, in which TCRa has been rearranged to an NKT-TCR arrangement and that are obtained by bringing a nuclear reprogramming factor in contact with somatic cells in which the a-chain region of the T-cell antigen receptor gene has been rearranged to a uniform Va-Ja arrangement in the mode specific to NKT-cell receptors, and NKT cells (iPS-NKT cells) obtained and isolated by in vitro differentiation of said cells. Also disclosed are a method for preparing CD4/CD8 double-positive NKT cells (DP-NKT cells) and mature NKT cells from NKT-iPS cells by changing the combination of feeder cells and/or cytokines, and a method for proliferating these iPS-NKT cells. Further disclosed is an NKT cell therapeutic agent that contains NKT cells that have been activated by a-galactosylceramide (a-GalCer), or is composed of iPS-NKT cells and a-GalCer.</p>
