The arrangement (1) has winding shafts (2, 3) arranged in parallel in a moving direction. Roller blind webs (4, 5) are unwound by the winding shafts using draw loops (6, 7) against a winding pre-load in opposite directions to the moving direction, where the loops are movably mounted at lateral longitudinal guides (8, 8', 9, 9'). A synchronizing device is provided for synchronous movement coupling of the loops in the opposite directions. A synchronous wheel is connected between the loops. A drive cable (18) is engaged at the wheel in the opposite directions and connected with one of the loops.
