<p>PURPOSE: The high efficiency of flexible dye-sensitized solar cells with and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form a multilayer structure of an inorganic oxide using an inorganic oxide paste which is sintered at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(101) and a second substrate are arranged to be opposed to each other. A first electrode(102) is placed between the first substrate and the second substrate. A multilayer of an organic oxide layer(103) includes a dye layer and a optical scattering layer. The dye layer supplies electrons which is chemically adsorbed on the upper side of the first electrode and is excited. A transparent second electrode(106) is arranged to be opposed to the first electrode. A solid electrolyte supplies the electrons to the dye layer.</p>
