A method of automatically determining effective strength of concrete struts for strut-tie model design and a recording medium therefor are provided to consistently determine effective strength of 2D and 3D concrete struts, thereby realizing strut-tie model design of all kinds of concrete structure members having stress disturbance areas. Effective strength of a strut is determined from fracture compression main stress of a strut direction of finite elements configuring the strut(S4). A stress resultant force of a reinforcing rod tie is determined through structure analysis of a strut-tie model. The effective strength of the strut is determined in consideration of a binding force of a reinforcing rod by re-applying the stress resultant force with an external load(S5). |
