RADIO RELAY SYSTEM, RELAY DEVICE, AND RADIO RELAYING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radio relay system capable of avoiding the deterioration of a frequency utilizing efficiency and suppressing interference while concentrating electric power to a sub channel.

SOLUTION: The radio relay system includes MR-BS1 (Magnetic resonance-Broadcast Satellite 1), MS4(Mass Spectrometer 4), and RS3 (Reconciliation Sublayer 3) which relays communication between MR-BS1 and MS4 while the MR-BS1 and the RS3 are the radio relay system which employs the same frequency band. In this case, the MR-BS1 transmits transmission data to the RS3 employing a sub channel selected from sub channels within the range of DL (Down Link) sub channel for the relaying device while the RS3 observes sub channels used between base station relaying devices based on the transmission data and obtains the using estimation value of sub channels employed between the base station relay devices based on the used sub channels between the base station relaying devices of a predetermined frame number and the data addressed to the MS4 are transmitted employing the sub channels except the estimating value of using.
