<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone control method which provides integrated services between mobile telephone terminals and fixed video terminals, and performs selection of the most appropriate video terminal and the most appropriate video display, and to provide a call center system. <P>SOLUTION: In the telephone control method, installation location information is stored for every video terminal, and the current location information of a telephone terminal is acquired according to new configuration of a voice communication session for the telephone terminal. Installation location information on each of the video terminals is compared with the current location information of the telephone terminal, and then one video terminal is selected from the video terminals.
