<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for compensating eyesight for an amblyopic person, which does not give a sense of incongruity compared with the conventional spectacles type display. <P>SOLUTION: Sunglasses having shape freely selected in terms of design are used. An electronic display constituted to be easily attached/detached is attached inside the sunglasses, and an optical device which captures a video by a camera 7 attached separately in order to reflect an outside video, and enlarges and shows the video is attached thereto. Thus, a means enabling a person to read a volume or the like by enlarging and forming the image on a retina 8 through the electronic display which is attached inside the sunglasses and the optical device which enlarges the image. When reading the volume by using the electronic display and the camera concurrently, character information is captured by the camera 7 first, and digitally processed to enlarge the character to size fit to eyesight, and the character is successively scanned and digitally processed to be output, so that the character is successively displayed on the electronic display, whereby an enlarging reading system in a hand free state is provided for a weak-sighted person. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
