<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a frequency, at which electromagnetic radiation occurs, and electromagnetic radiation intensity at the frequency so as to deal with requests of various EMI prevention functions different by user, who uses an LSI, without restricting the user who uses the LSI. <P>SOLUTION: A DLL circuit includes: an input circuit 101 for generating a synchronization reference signal on the basis of an input signal; a first delay unit 102 for delaying the synchronization reference signal; a timing offset circuit 103 for generating a signal to be synchronized by adjusting a synchronizing position of the synchronization reference signal delayed by the first delay unit 102; a phase comparator circuit 105 for comparing a phase difference between the synchronization reference signal and the signal to be synchronized; a first control circuit 106 for selecting an output signal of the first delay unit 102 on the basis of a comparison result of the phase comparator circuit 105; a second delay unit 104 for delaying the synchronization reference signal or the signal to be synchronized; a setting information storage circuit 108 for storing prescribed setting information; and a second control circuit 107 for selecting an output signal of the second delay unit 104 on the basis of the setting information stored in the setting information storage circuit 108 when the comparison result of the phase comparator circuit 105 is settled within a prescribed range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
