<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor driver circuit of a single ended push-pull system, which suppresses crossover distortion by a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The motor driver circuit 1 includes: an amplifier circuit 2 which amplifies and outputs an input signal; a complimentary circuit 3 which inputs an output signal of the amplifier 2; and an intervention circuit 4 which is arranged between the amplifier 2 and the complimentary circuit 3. The intervention circuit 4 whose non-inverting input terminal inputs a signal output from the amplifier circuit 2, and includes operational amplifiers 41, 42 which output signals to the complimentary circuit 3. The operational amplifier 41 includes a diode 411 arranged in a negative feed-back part making a direction from the output terminal to the inverting input terminal as a forward direction. The operational amplifier 42 includes a diode 421 arranged in a negative feed-back part making a direction from the output terminal to the inverting input terminal as an inverse direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
