<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper conveyance device capable of conveying a sheet member while correcting the curls occurred on the sheet member and being different in degree of curving effectively and to provide an image forming device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this paper conveyance device, a winding roll 70 is rotated in the direction of arrow mark D to reduce amount of winding of a film 74 if degree of curving is large. When amount of winding of the film 74 is reduced, curvature of a sheet member conveyance face 58 is increased and curling correction capability is enhanced. Meanwhile, the winding roll 70 is rotated in the direction of arrow mark C to increase amount of winding of the film 74 if degree of curving is small. When amount of winding of the film 74 is increased, curvature of the sheet member conveyance face 58 is reduced and curling correction capability is weakened.
