<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of reusing green cut waste enabling effective use of resources, and to provide a concrete structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When the inside concrete of a dam is placed, a construction joint mortar layer 20 is formed on the surface of a prior-cast concrete layer 11. Before the mortar layer 20 is formed, the surface of the prior-cast concrete layer 11 is green-cut. The fine aggregate contained in green cut waste produced by the green cut is collected and is reused, as a mortar aggregate contained in the mortar for forming the mortar layer 20 and a concrete aggregate contained in a post-cast concrete layer 12.
