PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact oil/water separator easy in handling, causing no environmental deterioration due to mist scattering to the surroundings. SOLUTION: An adsorption tank 40 for oil/water separation emulsion breaking oil is constituted by integrating an oil/water separation part 40s wherein an inflow port 40a serving as an inlet for receiving drain and a drain passing port 40b passing the drain with a part of the oil separated, with an adsorption part 40t wherein the drain passing port 40b is shared, formed with both parts of an outflow port 40c as an outlet for flow-out of fresh water, for oil/water separation emulsion breaking oil, filled with an oil adsorbing material 51 with an emulsion breaking particles having functions of oil adsorption and emulsion breakage.
