<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor in which sealability in a compression space is improved, by surely supplying oil to both compression spaces on the outer line side and the inner line side of a turning scroll. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This scroll compressor has the turning scroll having a spiral lap erected on a baseplate, a fixed scroll having a spiral lap erected on the baseplate, the compression space formed of the turning scroll and the fixed scroll and having an inner line side compression space positioned on the inner line side of the turning scroll and an outer line side compression space positioned on the outer line side of the turning scroll, a back pressure chamber arranged in a back part of the turning scroll, and a communicating passage for communicating the back pressure chamber with the compression space and formed so that a compression space side opening part opens in both the inner line side compression space and the outer line side compression space.
