<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retainer capable of keeping wear resistance better than a retainer in which a surface of a pocket inner peripheral surface is formed with a solid lubricant film, and a rolling bearing equipped with the retainer and excellent in durability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rolling bearing retainer is made of resin composition containing addition agent for giving the wear resistance to the retainer, and the density of the addition agent inside the retainer becomes the highest on the pocket inner peripheral surface.
