<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll protective board having an excellent self-standing stability when used, and stacked to a lowered stacking height when unused. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pair of triangular prism-like corner struts 12 and 12 protrude from a pair of corners of four corners of the roll protective board 10, and the roll protective board 10 is assisted to stand for itself by the corner struts 12 and 12. A pair of corner-cut parts 13 and 13 are formed by cutting and removing triangular portions each having the same cross section of the corner strut 12 from two remaining corners of the roll protective board 10. When the corner struts 12 and 12 are oriented upward and a plurality of the roll protective boards 10 are stacked on each other with being alternately turned by 180 degrees when unused , the corner struts 12 and 12 of the lower roll protective board 10 are accommodated in side portions of the corner cut parts 13 and 13 of the upper roll protective board 10.
