PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an album which can give identification information for identifying a page number and the face/back of the page in an inconspicuous manner to a sheet of recording paper, when the album is completed, as well as, an image processing device. SOLUTION: This method includes a step of printing image on a sheet of paper P (recording paper), using an imaging device; a step of punching a plurality of holes 4 at predetermined positions on the sheet of paper P; a step of binding a plurality of sheets of the sheet of paper P by inserting a fastener into the holes 4. An imaging device forms identification information relative to the album, in at least one from among a plurality of the parts 3, where the hole is punched before opening the holes 4.
